Artist Notes
For my take on Clan Wolf-in-Exile’s Alpha Galaxy, I decided to lean into the idea of the scheme as a muted take on the Kell Hounds. That meant that I painted the torso and lower limbs brown with the upper limbs dark grey.
For the brown, I started with Doombull Brown and then did a wash with Agrax Earthshade. After the wash, I painted the raised panels with another coat of Doombull Brown. Then to finish up, I did some edge highlights with Tuskgor Fur.
The grey followed a similar process with Eshin Grey, Nuln Oil, and Dawnstone.
All of those paints are from the Citadel Colour line.
