Artist Notes
I based the paint scheme on the canonized examples on the Camo Specs website.
I started with a white primer over which I used multiple layers of Daler-Rowney Brillaint Yellow to build up shadows in the recesses of the Mech.
The black is Black Gray from Vallejo with edge highlighting using a 50/50 mix of black gray and medium gray, also from Vallejo
Metal components were done using P3 cold steel with a black wash
The cockpit glow was achieved working from dark green to a lighter, neon green in the center.
The base is adorned with the right arm from the Ironwind Metals UrbanMech, and the foot and leg have been repositioned to allow for it to be standing on the arm. The UrbanMech arm was painted using Army Painter Blood Red Speedpaint, also known as Kurita Red in the BattleTech paint set.
