Artist Notes
1. Prime using Vallejo Grey primer. Apply a zenithal highlight by drybushing Golden High Flow Titanium White.
2. Base coat with Army Painter Gravelord Grey speed paint, then seal with Krylon Low Odor Clear Finish (gloss). Drybush with Vallejo Grey and then Neutral Grey.
3. Paint metallic details with Enchanted Steel Speed Paint. Paint red details with Murder Red Speed Paint.
4. Apply decals from Fighting Piranha Graphics and again seal with gloss varnish.
5. Brush on an oil wash made by mixing cheap artist oil paint (black) with mineral spirits. Clean off oil wash with a makeup sponge or q-tips. Apply final highlights with Vallejo White Grey and Army Painter Pure Red.
6. Apply Krylon Matte Finish to seal the model, and then paint the canopy with Vallejo Bright Gold Brown color shifter paint.
7. Base using Geek Gaming Scenics Moorland base ready mix and Tufts from Gamer’s Grass.
