Artist Notes
Primed with Matt Black, then zenithal overbrush with Vallejo Model Color Buff.
Base coated in Vallejo Game Color Camouflage Green. Accents were AK Basalt Grey then speckled with AK Offwhite, Vallejo GC Black and Vallejo GC Charcoal Grey (Both before the wash and afterwards) going between the colours until I was happy. Metal areas were Vallejo GC Black followed by Vallejo MC Oily Steel (again applied before and after wash to make it stand out.) The Clan Emblem was freehanded with Vallejo GC Orange Fire and Sun Yellow for the circle, AK Basalt Grey for the Face and Vallejo GC Charcoal Grey for the mane. A dot of sun yellow was then used for the eyes. Vallejo GC Gory Red was used for the numbers and kill tallies. The entire mech was washed with a mix of Army Painter Strong Tone and Vallejo GC Flat Brown, slightly thinned. Finally a semi gloss varnish was applied for a rattle can by AK.
