Artists Notes
To paint the Thorin FTM, AKA Archer’s Avengers I started with a zenithal primer of gray with white from above. The primary color used is Army Painter Crystal Blue thinned 1:1 with Airbrush Flow Improver. This is applied over the primer giving it an effect similar to “slapchop” the green accents are done with a base of Vallejo 71.006 Light Green Chromate and highlighted with Vallejo 71.009 Eau De Nil “D.E. Green”.
The weapon barrels and metal parts are painted with Army Painter Gun Metal with a highlight of Vallejo Silver and the cockpits are done using Citadel Waystone Green over Vallejo Silver
