Scheme Reference
This miniature is based on the Ceti Hussars Partisan Heavy Tank featured in Camo Specs. It is not the blue scheme used for ceremonial occasions, but instead a combat scheme.
Artist Notes
Started with two light coats of grey, followed by blocking out and filling in all pattern elements in olive green. I then hit all olive green pattern with a second coat before getting into metallic areas, which I painted in grafite before covering them in metallic black. The few light metallic areas I used silver over the light grey base coat.
After these steps, I jeweled the cockpit using a matte black base, and then two light coats of celestial blue to form a gradient. Following, I painted in weapon lenses and some small maintenance decals and regimental crest/unit number on the legs.
Base is decorated using CA superglue and baking soda, colored with grafite and grey, with moss green for the coolant puddles.
