Spina Khanate uses a light blue with steel highlights. Some units opt to instead paint a turquoise green that starts at the feet of ‘Mechs and Battle Armor and the rear of aerospace fighters and tanks then fades into blue around the middle of the unit with water details throughout.

Artist Notes
I opted for the simpler version of Spina Khanate’s scheme.
I used paints from Games Workshop’s Citadel Colour line. The blue was painted with Teclis Blue, a wash of Nuln Oil, re-layering the panels with Teclis Blue, and then highlighting with Lothern Blue. The grey accents are Administratum Grey, Nuln Oil, and highlights with Grey Seer.
