Lyran Guard equipment is painted blue, with white applied as a broad vertical stripe covering portions of the right torso, arm, and leg. For vehicles and aerospace craft, the stripe covers some or all of the right side.

All paints are from Two Thin Coats unless otherwise specified.
This mini was primed white and given a base coat of 2:1 Wolf Gray and White Star. The blue area was then carefully blocked out with a 2:1 mix of Marine Blue and Elysium Blue. The white spaces were washed with 2:1 Oblivion Black and flow improver, while the blue spaces were washed with 1:1:1 Oblivion Black, Army Painter Blue Tone, and flow improver.
The blue 2/3rds of the ‘Mech was brightened up to Elysium Blue and the white 1/3 was brightened up to 1:2 Wolf Gray and White Star. White was mixed in for the highlights.
