Artist Notes
This king crab comes from the Battletech Gothic set. Non-canon paint scheme, Dazzle. Betelgeuse’s Fusilers lead by Unistar rep Edwin Mentce. Based in the Betelgeuse system (undisclosed location and base) these mechs are charged with finding corrupted har-gel factories and removing them.
This miniature was a test in priming black, dry brushing midtones, and highlighting in off white. Along with trying to paint dazzle markings on a very uneven surface. A lot of fun to paint!
