Omega employs a scheme of metallic emerald green on top and a steel finish on the lower halves of their equipment. This symbolizes Jade Falcon’s superiority over Steel Viper. Red paint is splattered on the feed and shins of their ‘Mechs to indicate their intentions with the Viper Clan.

Artist Notes
Torso, arms, and wing details painted with Bear Cavalry Emerald Scream mixed roughly 1:1 with Vallejo Metal Medium. Wings, legs, and weapons painted with Army Painter gunmetal. Red detailing done with Bear Cavalry Red Baron and Vallejo Xpress Color Plasma Red. Cockpit painted with Vallejo Game Color Brassy Brass, then Vallejo Xpress Color Imperial Yellow. (Yellow over brass to achieve yellow-gold effect.)
To mix metallic green: Combine roughly equal amounts of Emerald Scream and Metallic Medium. Mix thoroughly with a paint stirrer (or something you can use as one). Adjust ratio of paint and medium to taste – more metallic medium will result in a more dilute color with more “sparkle.”
Nuln Oil applied to entire mini. MIG Productions Accumulated Dust Effect used on lower legs and feet.
ProAcryl Fluorescent Yellow used for laser effect. Vallejo Game Color Fluorescent Cold Green used for gauss rifle effect. Vallejo Game Color Hot Orange used for jump jets.
Mini sealed (twice) with ProAcryl spray clear matte varnish – once after base coating, then after wash, decals, and blast effects.
