Clan Ghost Bear’s Beta Galaxy usually paints its machines in arctic camouflage. For parade, a dark blue with white and slate gray trim is used. A pattern of white and slate gray resembling cracked ice encircles the waist and arms of ‘Mechs, the body of vehicles, and the wings of aerospace fighters.

Artist Notes
Primed with matte black and grey and then base coated with Highlord Blue from Army Painter. Drybrushed with Glacier Blue from Vallejo. Glacier stripe is Bold Titanium White from ProAcryl, the best white, and Coal Black from the same company. Metal bits are cobalt metal from Army Painter. Cockpit glass is a combo of Golden Yellow from ProAcryl, Orange Fire and Sunset Orange from Vallejo, and Bold Titanium White (the best white there is) with the back corner dabbed with a dark tone wash from a bottle I have that is unlabeled. Probably Citadel. Snow effect is “Neutral Texture for Rough Terrain” from AK’s diorama series. Cheers.
