The Otomo ‘Mechs use a flat black paint scheme with gold highlights in battle and on parade.

Artist Notes
The mini was primed with Army Painter (AP) Black spray primer. The mini was dry-brushed with Vallejo Model Color (VMC) Neutral grey, then painted with AP Grim Black Speedpaint. Choice panels were painted with Vallejo Game Color Glorious Gold; then the barrels, heat sinks, actuators, and some additional greebles were painted with Vallejo Metal Color Aluminum. The large lasers in the arms were painted with VMC Deep Sky Blue, and reflections were added with VMC Cold White. The small lasers in the arms were painted with VMC Flat Red. The cockpit was pre-shaded with VMC Black Grey, Neutral Grey, and Cold White, before using AP Purple Swarm Speedpaint to give the cockpit color, adding some more VMC Cold White as the reflections.
