For the Comguards paint scheme the miniature was based using Rustoleum Flat white. Weapons, joints, and other metallic parts were painted with Army Painter Gun Metal. The model was then gloss coated and once dried Pro Acryl Black Wash was applied to the miniature. Using q tips and isopropyl alcohol it was removed from raised areas to create highlights and left in recesses to provide shadow. The cockpit was done using Citadel Spiritstone Red over Vallejo Aluminim after the mini had been matte coated.
